About Cypress, a Christian School

Our Mission

To educate children to their full, individual potential in a warm and caring Christian environment.

Cypress Adventist School is a Washington State Approved School and also holds accreditation with the National Council for Private School Accreditation.

About the Seventh-day Adventist School System

The Seventh-day Adventist denomination operates the largest Protestant Christian school system in the world. There are 6000 schools from the elementary to University level. Cypress Adventist School adheres to state regulations for education and accepts students without regard to race or religious affiliation.

Low Student/Teacher Ratio

At Cypress Adventist School, classrooms average 15 students per teacher. This enables our teachers to give individual attention to students, identifying the abilities and needs of each.

Parent Involvement

We are a community that is based, not on a neighborhood or single congregation, but on the common pursuit of excellence. Parents, extended family members, church members and friends are all invited and encouraged to participate in this pursuit for the enrichment of the students.
